MOVIE OF THE WEEK

SCP would like to recognize the films listed below for many reasons, but most of all because they are great films. Whether the film is widely acknowledged as an achievment in the art of filmmaking, or a cult hit worthy of praise by more than its devoted fanbase, they are the kinds of films that make it onto Top 10 favorites lists because of their ability to withstand the tests of time. If you haven't heard of the film or have never seen it, please take this as an SCP reccomendation, and if you have seen it, go see it again.

I'm hoping that this page will eventually be filled with a variety of films posted on this site by more than just me, so if you know of a film that you'd like others to see that maybe they haven't heard of, or if you'd like to share your views on why a particular film is your favorite film of all time, send a brief summary of praise (about a paragraph or so explaining why you love the film or why you think others should see it) to me HERE.
