São Paulo Int'l it's well served by public transportation, but only by bus.

From Guarulhos City, the airport can be reached by bus using the Line 25 "Aeroporto", that stops at many bus stops in the city.It takes around 25 minutes(depending on the traffic).

From São Paulo City, it can be reached more easily by to different ways:

• The first one is take the "Airport Service" shuttle bus, departing from the Republica Square, the Congonhas Airport, the Paulista Avenue or from the Tiete Bus Station.All tha places, except Congonhas Airport, can be reached using the subway network.The trip takes around 40 minutes(depending on the traffic), and as a non-stop service taking the bus in a place other than the starting station is not possible.
  
  
• The second one is, using the subway network, leave the train at Tatuape Station (part of RED line), and there take the "EMTU" bus Line 257, also called "Aeroporto". In that case, after a 55 minutes trip you will arrive at the airport, obviously, depending on the traffic.
