Elizabeth Fox Lister was born in 1818 in Batley Township, Yorkshire, England. Her parents were William Lister and Hannah Fox. She came to America about 1850 and died in 1885 in Marion County, Oregon. She married Thomas Francis Kelly November 1836 in Yorkshire, England. Thomas Francis Kelly was born about 1812, probably in Dublin, Ireland.

Their son Martin Francis Kelly was born in 1855 in Rhode Island and is the one that I am descended from. He married Ocy Fitzsimmons in 1891 in Walla Walla County, Washington. I descend from their child, Martina Lorene Kelly.
