High Yield Investment Programs (HYIPs)
appear at first to be the secret to unlimited wealth and
fortune, but as you can guess that quickly changes. However, I
have found myself still using them in a very limited fashion as
a generator for my digital currency exchange. I will discuss
that in a later article. First, you need to understand the
concept of e-currency. It is a digital currency that is traded
and used for purchases on-line. In fact, it has no national
boundaries, is handled in many different currencies and is very
liquidible. While all of these factors make it a very versatile
tool for the investor, it also makes it anonymous and therefore
very attractive to the scammers and thieves. Be warned it is
almost impossible to know whom you are dealing with or what they
are actually going to do with your money. There are many types
of e-currencies but I prefer e-gold for many other endeavors
than Help.
Hopefully, my experience with HYIPs will help you to make wise
decisions about your use or non-use of them. I was very hesitant
when I first came upon HYIPs but the rewards were so tempting
that I had to learn more. I surfed through site after site
before opening my e-gold account. Then, I was ready to jump in
and just like anyone who jumps in headfirst I ended up with a
headache. Most of my initial investment of a hundred twenty
dollars went to two sites I believed to be professional and
well-maintained. As the old saying goes looks can be deceiving,
after investing fifty dollars in each site I waited with the
extreme anticipation for my first pay out a week later. I could
not wait for my hundred percent plus profit. The week came and
went and needless to say, I am still waiting to this day. In
Fact I never received a penny nor even had an email return from
either site. I licked my wound and decided not to give up. After
about two more weeks of research, I came upon a forum that let
investors rate the HYIPs. It was called the Ministry of Gold (MOG).
I monitored it for a couple of more weeks, and then I was ready
to try another hand. This time I invested another hundred
dollars. However, unlike previous time, I invested five to ten
dollars in twenty different HYIPs. To my surprise, all of these
paid me. In fact, my initial investment doubled in the first
week.
Rules and Tips for HYIP
Investors
Rule Number 1 : Spend
What You Can Afford to Lose
High Profit = High Risk. HYIPs are
almost like Bubble Games in the risk factor
Rule Number 2
: Diversification
Never put ALL your money into one small program, regardless of
how good it looks.
Rule Number 3
: Do not trust on
emails
If you receive an email with advertising, go to one trusted
Monitor, like GoldPoll, and look for the site yourself.
Remember, DO NOT FOLLOW LINKS ON EMAILS. This is a common
mistake of people who was scammed.
Rule Number 4
: No more than 10%
Nobody can pay you more than 10% daily, or more than 200% of
what you invest. It's impossible. So be careful with those
programs that offer you 600%, 300% in 5 hours, because the most
probably is that you will be scammed before to even get your
principal back. If they offer you to pay 60% per day for 10
days, don't even think on waste your money.
Rule Number 5
: Be careful with
posts and comments
Be specific with your ratings, and don't trust in incomplete
ratings. You should put the payment number over the total and
the date of payment. Sometimes some people put comments with
just a smiley and a "paying" comment. Try to be specific like:
Payment 3/30 - 04/17/2005 - OK!
Rule Number 6
: Do not instant bad
rate programs.
If a program experiences some problems, give to the
administrator few hours to solve the problem. Sometimes small
administrative teams have no concept of how many people can
enter a program in the early stages. If you have not been paid,
send one email to the administrator and wait 12 hours. If you
still don't have answers, put a bad comment all around. Go to
the Monitors and report SCAM.
Here you
have some tips for investment on HYIP :
- Do not trust in programs who
offer you more than 10% daily. That's impossible. If you are
lucky, you will earn more than you invest, but they will scam
people for sure at any moment. do hit and run for this type of
HYIP. Just invest at the first they open
their program until 1-2 periods of their cyrcle. don't invest
at 3 cyrcle or more
- Do not trust just in the posts
in forums of people who say that get paid, because there are a
lot of people who offer that services for a small fee.
- Do not invest all in one site
!!!... if that site disappear, you will lost everything. For
example, we buy and sell stocks, but we never buy all the
stocks of the same Corporation, because there are too much
risk.
- Weekly or monthly payments are
not good idea. They generate earns every day, so, why they
want to pay you weekly?. If you really trust in the site, you
can choose that option just to reduce the fees at your
ecurrency account. For example, e-gold charge you 5% if you
make transactions of less than $0.5, and they charge you 1% if
you make transactions over $10. If you have a daily income of
$2, they will charge you for 5 payments $0.5 (5 x $0.1), but
they will charge you just $0.1 for one weekly payment. We
offer this option, but we don't pay more interest for weekly
or monthly payments, because we don't earn more. They try to
keep the money as long as they can, so when they decide to
leave, they will have a lot more money.
- Do not trust in sites hosted
on free web hostings, specially free-space.us. They have a lot
of SCAMMERS hosting there.
- Do not trust spammer
- Do not set compounding option
(if available) to 100%. set it to 0% until your principal
spend/money back to you.
- Always cek your hyip program
(you invested with them) at site hyip rating/monitoring.if
they site down 5 or more times. I suggest you make withdraw
your principal money. take away from them
- Set an exact amount of money,
that you are willing to lose. No matter what comes along,
don't go back to the bank. Whatever the maximum amount is that
you are willing to lose, only spend one-half that amount to
start and wait for some money before you spend any more
- Start with programs that have
been paying for a while. Check the rumour mill to see if they
are experiencing any paying problems. If there's the slightest
hint of trouble, find something else. Even if there really
isn't a problem, the rumour mill can create one.
- Share information at the
forums
