EARTH PRESS is an Institute of EARTH COUNSEL with a seven-member Board of Directors.

b. No member of the Board of Governors to Earth University shall concurrently serve on the Board of Directors to Earth Press.

c. Publications pertain to Earth Counsel programs.

d. Publications shall be translated into the principle languages of the Members.

e. Consideration is given to article submissions which are scholarly, current and relevant to the particular Journal to which the submission is made.  Articles are judged on a competitive basis. Submissions from anyone are encouraged and may be made at any time.  The Journals include:
