Mission:
When I got the mission,I set out on the Shark's Eye right away. I took the entire crew with me,they will all be needed. The volcanic island was last seen just off the coast of Sampetra,so it wasn't long before we got to the sight. There was nothing there. It was all open sea,nothing in the water except the Shark's Eye. We were going to set a course back to Sampetra,when we heard a rumbling sound from below us. We all spun around,and I stared dumfounded at the island that seemed to be coming out of the water. It popped up right in front of us,like the entire island was floating. After much thinking,we decided to explore the island. We never found anything. Later,we were still exploring the island,when a rat came upon a small hole in the ground. We summoned our best digger,a ferret. After much waiting,he yelled up"Chief!There's gold,gold everywhere!!!!". This was responded by cries of joy from the crew. We all went down into the hole. We picked up all the gold we can carry,and one fox said"I guess there weren't any demons after all!" Beasts watched in horrer as the speaker was bitten in the neck,and he crumpled on the floor and lay still. The head of an adder came up from where his body lay,its mouth drenched in blood."sssssssssss!!!!" The crew stuffed the gold into their pockets and ran like mad! Some tried to climb out,but the weight of gold in their pockets weighed them down,and they fell to their doom! The rest of us went out the tunnell that we had come in,but it proved to slippery,so we used our swords and cutlasses. We crawled our way out,and that proved sufficient. We still had some of the gold,but not a lot,as we set out from the island. We had left many good friends there,allready dead from the adders bite. As we sailed away we saw the island slowly sink away,not to be seen for another 15 centuries.(Or so we thought).
