Wong Kei-Ying is a kung-fu master guy. Wong Fei-Hung is his son, who is also good at kung-fu (and so is the rest of the cast). A mysterious culprit named "Iron Monkey" does a Robin Hood-steals from the rich and gives to the poor. The government is not very happy about that, so they gather everyone that even has one trait of a monkey and arrests them. They then pick out Kei-Ying and Fei-Hung and they find out it isn't Ying. But, they capture Fei-Hung and tell Kei-Ying that he has seven days to find and capture the Iron Monkey to save his son. He meets interesting people along the way, while figuring out who the Iron Monkey is.

5/10-A typical Kung Fu movie. Not too much in the way of plot; the story falls thin. It didn't/doesn't have the romance of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon or the humor of any Jackie Chan films. It tried to be funny in some parts, but failed. The editing was poor, as you could see. The fighting, however, was really good. Wong Fei-Hung, the kid, was actually played by a girl. I don't see, however, how an eight-year-old could fight off multiple veteran fighters while and having a man jump fifteen feet in the air with baerly a lead. Maybe I'm too much a newbie to the genre, but I didn't like it much.
Rated PG-13 for action violence.
