Yep, that's me. Actual photo, too. A lot of you are probably surprised to see
a picture of a guy up there, what with my name being Carmen and all, but I can assure you,
I'm definitely male. Otherwise, I'd make an awful mess standing up to pee, wouldn't I?
I've been using computers in my spare time for about 7 years now, and I've only just learned
HTML recently, so I decided to create a homepage. To view the specs on my current Hot Rod
computer, click here.
I am 25 years old, and I just moved to Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. I appreciate
the simpler things in life, such as sitting back and listening to the spring peepers in the evening
and walking my love, my life, my dog Lady. I especially like walking in May, when each day I can see
new plants waking up after a long winter's sleep. Spring is definitely my favorite time of year. I've
always considered it to be a sort of "grand awakening", with everything coming back to life.
I am a major car nut, with my favorite car being the 1983 - 1988 Ford Thunderbird.
I don't care for any GM vehicles, because as far as I'm concerned, they lack imagination. (You may find this odd
once you read further down)
I also am heavily into fishing, so much so that on any given summer evening, I can
usually be found at First Lake's Kinsmen Park.I'm usually there fishing, but I walk the dog or ride my bicycle there, too,
when the wind's wrong for fishing.
In the fall, a young outdoorsman's mind turns to hunting. I love going into the woods and just sitting, because all of my
senses go on maximum alert, and I swear you could hear a mouse burp at 200 yards once you get used to the other sounds (wind,
streams, etc...). Besides, I do get a lot of deer (7 in 8 years), so for those of you who might call me a lazy hunter, I say "Go with
what works!"
My other interests include Music,
Drawing, and obviously, computers.

I work at a GM dealer as an automotive repair technician, and
I completed the General Motors Asep (Automotive Service Education
Program) in June of '97 at the top of the class.
I graduated from the Nova Scotia Community College (Hants Campus) at the top of my class in
June 1994, taking home such awards as :
- Outstanding acheivements in an apprenticeable trade
- Best all around student
- Hant's Campus award for highest marks in all apprenticeable trades
- Lions Club award ($200 Bursary) for outstanding performance
Anyways, enough blowing my own horn (for God's sake, this isn't a resume).Enjoy my little corner of the 'net.
