PARTS USED

Leaves may be eaten raw in salads.
Fresh, clean young leaves can be added
to salads in spring.

Dandelion Tea
Infuse 1 ounce. of Dandelion
in a pint of boiling water for 10 minutes;
decant, sweeten with honey, and drink several
glasses in the course of the day.

Steamed Greens
Steam the Dandelion Greens
Drain and cool.
Marinate in balsamic vinegar and allow
it to set overnight.
Yumm!

Dandelion coffee made from the roasted roots
