The SANANDA CENTRE

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

VISION

A quiet place where Sananda himself would like to live ("This will be my home. I shall live in the home, and care for all who enter"), welcoming telepaths and helpers, providing a meeting place and accommodation for visiting spiritual leaders or lecturers; acting as headquarters for printing books and organizing the humanitarian projects in Central America; eventually moving to or including a secluded island property as directed by Sananda and others, where the extraterrestrial Council of Eight will also land and meet.

MISSION

The mission is to receive information from Sananda and other Ancient Masters in order to correct and bring Truth to religious dogmas and to all of humanity. An individual known as "The Scribe Angela" (to protect her identity) is currently receiving new truths from Sananda and other Masters. The practice of telepathy will be taught and encouraged worldwide.

Any profit from publishing will be used for the Central American program to feed, clothe and otherwise aid the needy in various Central American countries, especially Nicaragua, Honduras and Costa Rica.

MANAGEMENT

Management consists principally of an Administrator, a Church Consultant and a Telepath.

The Administrator is Dr Milson Macleod of Vancouver BC - see resume, supplemented by background information, who has charge over the funding of all projects pertaining to the First Church of St Germain and the Sananda Centres. He is editor of all books and publications prepared by the staff of First Church of St Germain, and will be Administrator of the island centre. He has developed, incorporated and managed several non-profit corporations since 1984.

The Church Consultant is XXXXXX, [name withheld for reasons of confidentiality]

The Telepath is known only as ‘Scribe Angela’, an experienced executive secretary, newspaper woman, court reporter, business executive, writer, personnel manager, intercommunicator and gem-cutter, who founded Earth Council of Women in 2001; Priestesses of Holy Waters in 2003; First Contact Scout Volunteers in 2003 (welcoming space brothers).

FINANCE

Initial startup costs (preparation period plus first three months of operations) are estimated at $8.9 million. The total capital cost is estimated at $113 million, spread over two years. Annual operating costs are estimated at around $1.2 million. Over the first five years total costs are estimated at $119 million. Net profits from book production will be channeled to the Central America and other relief projects.

Funding for the first two centres have been promised (not yet received). Funding for other centres worldwide will be coordinated by First Church of St Germain and those interested in funding or setting up such centres should contact the Administrator.

LEGAL

The operations will be conducted under the auspices of the First Church of St Germain, which will be reorganised upon the return to Common Law, once NESARA is announced, and which will guide the Sananda Centers and other activities, such as the Telepathy Institute of North America.

LOCATION

The corporation will operate initially out of Vancouver, British Columbia and Salt Lake City, Utah. Other Centers will be added. When the island project is completed, which will house a modern Library of Alexandria, each location will act as an individual centre of learning. The island has not yet been chosen but will probably be in the area of the Aegean Sea. Interest has been already reported in setting up such centres abroad.

COMPETITION

There is no competition as this is an independent project as directed by Sananda himself, and the participants, specifically chosen by Him, are dedicated to following His instructions.

VIABILITY or PROFITABILITY

The initial printing project ("Moroni Sounds the Trumpet") requires startup funding, which has already been promised. All excess funds will be directed to the Central America humanitarian project, which is the second part of this overall Project. The market for Book 1 is estimated at about 1 million copies. The SANANDA CENTRES and the final island project are not likely to return any nett profit, as they will be essentially humanitarian in nature.

SHORT and LONG-TERM GOALS

The Short Term Goal (Part ONE) consists of printing the first and second books with distribution through a Centre located in Vancouver. It is anticipated that subsequent printings of the first book could well be carried out by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints through the Deseret Book Company, the church printers, allowing staff to attend to other aspects of this project. This has not yet been discussed.

Part TWO will be to provide humanitarian help to the needy in Central America, especially Nicaragua, Honduras and Costa Rica, through a portion of the profits from printing.

Part THREE will be the establishment of other SANANDA CENTERS throughout North America as suitable staff become available, and the training of telepaths. This may in fact start before Part TWO is active.

Part FOUR will be the acquisition of secluded island property, as directed by Sananda, to act as a contact point for extra-terrestrial craft carrying the Masters and technicians with new technologies for returning the earth to a pristine condition and bringing greater understanding to the peoples of Earth. There will be several unique facilities provided on the island, including a modern day "Library of Alexandria."

The island property will also be used for the meetings of two councils, a visible Council of Eight, and a Heavenly Council of Eight, which includes Sananda, Paul the Venetian and other terrestrials selected by Sananda. Paul the Venetian will serve as a member on both councils. It will also be used for general assemblies and meetings, workshops, research, and humanitarian projects.
