--Equipment
Equipment wise, we travel with all of our own sound equipment. We do, however, need a place with sufficient space for our sound board and our sound technician to set up and work. We will also need a place with a power outlet nearby. This will be an area of approx. 8x6 feet or so, preferably near the back of the room or auditorium.
We do not travel with lighting equipment, so we will need sufficient stage lighting for your program. If it is a worship session, just about anything will do, but if it is a concert, we will need stage-only lighting.
--Money
25% non-refundable deposit is due two weeks prior to event. Balance is due upon arrival.
Venue will pay for all expenses to and from event location, including but not limited to gasoline and food.
If program is over two hours away, it is possible that overnight accommodations will be needed. Either a hotel room or host families will work, whatever is easier to arrange.
--Misc. (Venue must...)
...allow us to sell merchandise. All items sold are Christian themed and is mostly original items (stickers, cd's, t-shirts, etc.)
...provide 2 merchandise tables (8 ft.-10 ft.)
...provide at least one, preferably two backstage rooms (guys room to change/relax in and a prayer/meeting room)
...provide water. Bottled water isn't a big deal, but a pitcher of water would be appreciated.
WE DO NOT wish in any way to be a burden to any church, organization or venue. If there is a problem with any of the above requests/requirements, please e-mail us and we will be glad to work with you in whatever area is needed.
