The staff at San Antonio  are here to help you with any problems that you might encounter. Taz will help you with any sort of TP questions or ideas that you may have. With her you'll find other helpful admin who are willing to run short scenes, judge rolls, and answer questions.  Shadowcat and Allura are standing by to complete your building requests in a timely fashion. They'll get your project started, help you with the locks, and even proofread it for spelling errors before they drop it. Johnny Bravo is there to help with coding. While we don't anticipate that you will need anything specific from him, if you come up with a new coding idea to make the mu* better, you are always welcome to talk to him. Finally,  Betty Boop and company will help you get acquainted with the grid and is available to discuss any difficulty you may have. Her job is to resolve any complaints that may arise as quickly and fairly as possible.

Are you lost? Unsure of which direction to turn to find decent RP? Look no further. New Player helpers are players, approved and on the grid, who will help to show you around and get acquainted with other players in your sphere. Just contact  Betty Boop and a NPH will be assigned to you. At SA, staff strives to treat each player fairly and justly. Unfortunately, we are human and mistakes happen. Though we hope you never have  this problem, if you find you are unable to resolve a conflict you have with another player or a staffer, use +complaint..  Your complaint will be responded to in a timely fashion.
