This is a nice one.

In Portugal each LM12CLK costs (in Nov 2000) about $45 (USD).

It becomes a cheap 150W Amplifier, and as the final size is the same of the transformer, we can say it's a litlle amplifier with a big soul.

I've tested it in my Home Theatre Subwoofer for almost an year. The excellent bass response is the way that I used it in a application like that.
