Hao na! For those of you who don't know me, I'm Sarah-chan, the author of Blue Star.

Two of the main protagonists of Blue Star are Aiko and her best friend Kamui. They're two high school students who aren't exactly normal, but I won't go into why they aren't. Of course, Aiko and Kamui still have other best friends aside from each other. Let's face it: there are just some things you can't tell your best friend if s/he's of the opposite sex. Yokaze Rei is Kamui's best buddy, and Yukibana Midori is Aiko's closest gal.

Now, if you haven't already realized, Rei and Midori are only supporting characters in Blue Star. However, I find myself unexpectedly amused with them. That is the reason why I decided to write this fic. Ribbon can be read as a standalone, or as a side story for Blue Star, since the characters were originally written for that fic. I have to warn you, though, that most (if not all) of the events in Ribbon will have nothing to do with the events in Blue Star. Neither story will significantly affect the other.
