Come away with me in my mind,
To a reverie of a time,
When I was young And you were too.
Today's struggles were beyond our view.
We walked in a meadow of wild flowers
The warm sun shone in the sky.
A soft cool breeze blew through your hair,
Like the kiss of a butterfly.

The air was sweet.  Life so complete.
For we were side by side.
Loving each other each step of the way
With feelings we could not hide.
