The
aim of this project is to examine what effect air resistance has on
projectile motion. I will use a Nerf Gun, and fire foam darts at
different angles to see what the best angle for firing at maximum
distance is. Theoretically, it should be 45 degrees from the horizontal if air resistance were not a factor.
I will test different darts to see if the distance or angle changes. If
I have time, then I will try different types of Nerf Guns to see if the
intial velocity affects the maximum range angle.
