While the neo-hippy worehouse party scene continues to grow apage, Kinky Gerlinky provides an alternative for those who like a little sleaze white their dance music. on the second sleaze with their dance music. On the second monday of each month, London's Legends nightclub is invaded by drag queens, ranging from the coachloads of travestites who travel from Birmingham and Manchester to well-know and very trend London Club regulars whose slips dont normally show.  Kinky Gerlinky hosts are Michael and Gerlinda 'Gerlinky' Kostiff, owners of exotic fashion and accessories show World. The doorperson is one Tasty Tim, and  the mix of deep house, Hi NRG and trash disco comes courtesy of Princess Julia, Rachel Auburn and Martin Confussion. "Michael originally wnated the night to be a world beat club, but somehow the drag element took over,  "says Bailey Wash, who helps dress up to 20 people before each event. "It just started out as a laugh, but now people are totally obsessed - they spend the whole month getting their outfits together. " Only five nights old and already drawing capacity crowds, Kinky Gerlinky seem to prove that drag is the drug.
