						MIKE NICHOLLS BIO
				Mike Nicholls began his career in fashion as a schoolboy punk, restyling his school uniform and giving himself his first home bleach job. He went out to designer for clubwear shop BOY in the early 80s whillist also working as a nightclub DJ.  A regular clubber every since,  Mike frequented Taboo along with many of the characters involved  with and  portrayed in Taboo. He opened Fashion boutique - Spend Spend Spend - alongside designer friend Rachel Auburn and has sold his collections in London, Tokyo and Paris. He has been a personal stylist and created outfits for mayn artists, incluinding : Boy George, Marc Almond, Polly Strene,  Adamski, Siouxsie, Kylie and KLF. Mike continues his work with Boy George,  designing  the Bowie costume for his recent apperance on Celebrity Stars In Their Eyes. He has collaborated with Sex Pistols artist Jamie Reid on  fashion and interior designers projects and assisted couturier Mr Pearl,  reallizing the designes of the likes of Thierry Mugler and Jean Paul Gaultier for the Paris haute couture collections.
