(Brookfield Royal Prince) I loved this horse SO much ... but he was sold, and I really miss him. :( (Brookfield Major) Shire Horse Show; Major congratulates the winner! (Brookfield Major) Shire Horse Show again - lap of honour time! (Brookfield Major and Barney) Sadly, the horse pulling the lady's cart died less than a week after this was taken. It was an awful accident and a waste of such a talented young horse. Rest easy, Barney. (Brookfield Horace) We came last in this class, d'oh! (Brookfield Argyll/Argonaut) Hehe, the Clydesdale of Brookfield Shires ... personality complex? :P That's my mum's friend Jo (and the new Head Groom and therefore my boss!) on him. (Brookfield Smokin' Joe) Sadly, Major died in February so i was paired with Smokey for the Shire Horse Show 2005 (Brookfields' Smokin' Joe and Argyll/Argonaut) That's Sam ridin' Argy. ^-^ I came 8th here, whoo me! And in the next class we both fell over and I got taken off in an ambulance. o.O (Samson) Not actually owned by Brookfield's, but hey. Here we are watchin' the team in the main arena. ^-^ For Major, a supremely talented, beautiful and gentle horse. (Brookfield Smokin' Joe) Scanned from an issue of Horse magizene (hence quality). This formation is known as a "unicorn", and that's Smoke in the lead with Comet at the back, nearest the camera. I dunno who the other one is! (Brookfields' Horace and Henry) Winning the Championship! WHOOT! (Brookfields Smokin' Joe) ...with Jo. :) She came 4th, which is bloody good considering it was Smokey she was on! (Brookfields' Comet and Smokin' Joe) Comet came 2nd ... whoo him! :D (Brookfield's Argonaut and Smokin' Joe) Looking pretty in the sunshine. :) Old photo. Ebony two years ago! Aaaaaw! I've got to get some recent photos up here, really... Musical display at Kimbolten, 2005. Yes ... I think the one trailing behind is me, I'm afraid. Kimbolten, 2005: Argyll, apparantly, is not getting on the lorry. Kimbolten, 2005: Until he decides to be completely un-Argyll like and actually move! It's a Fee on an Argyll! Wheeee! Don't they look lovely. :) Fee is my work-buddy. *pets her* She was trying to run me over! BAH! ...Of course, being trampled by Argyll is a) almost impossible, and b) really embaressing if it did happen (Brookfields' Joe) I take back everything I said about this horse - he pulls like a steam engine, but look how fuckin' gorgeous he is.
