Meat Dishes
Beef Strauganoff (serving for 4 people)
.5 lb. Beef steak            
.1 tsp Paprika                 
.5 tsp Salt                           
Little Pepper                      
One Onion                 
.5 tbsp Butter                        
4 Mushrooms               
.25 cupt Green pease           
6 tbsp (in can) Domigura Sauce       
4 tbspRed Wine                  
1 tsp Lemon squeeze         
Little Salt                            
Little Pepper            
1 tbsp Heavy cream             
Rice                          

1.  Slice the beef steak in 1 cm length and blend salt, paprika, and pepper with the meat. 
2.  Slice onion and mushroon in thin slices.
3.  In a frying pan, melt the butter and sautee #1 on high heat. 
4.  Take out the #3 meat from the pan and sautee #2 until the ingredients until soft. 
5.  Put back the #3 meat back into the frying pan, and pour in Domigura Sauce and red wine. 
6.  Add mushrooms and green peas to the pan and boil for 5 minutes. 
7.  To add some taste, add lemon, salt and pepper. 
8.  Add some heavy cream if you prefer creamier taste. 
9.  Before serving, serve rice on to a dish and pour the sauce over rice. 
10.  Ready to be served!

Japanese Meet Balls (serving for 2 people)
Beef: 
.5 lb. Ground Beef
2 Scallion
Little Ginger
1 tsp Sake
1 tsp Soy Sauce (for meat)
1/3 tsp Corn Starch (for meat)

Sauce: 
.25 cup Japanese Soup (Dashi)
2/3 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Corn Starch

1.  Mix ground beef, scallion, ginger, sake, soy sauce and corn starch together.  Mix well and make small meat balls out of the ingredients. 
2.  Add the meat balls in the steamer pan and steam for 8-10 minutes. 
3.  To make the sauce, mix dashi soup, soy sauce, sugar and corn starch together in a pan and mix until the mixture becomes creamy. 
4.  Serve the meat balls over a dish and pour the sauce over the meat balls. 
5,  Read to be served!!!
Gyu Don (Beef over rice) (serving for 2 people)
.5 lbs Thins Slices of Beef   
1 Onion
1 tsp Salad Oil
2.5  tsp Soy Sauce
1.5 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Sake
Rice

1.  Slice the Onion in thin slices. 
2.  In a flying pan, cook the onions with salad oil until onions are brown. 
3.  Add in the meat and cook until meat is tender. 
4.  Cook the meat and onion with soy sauce, sugar and sake.  Cook until the sauce is mixed in with the ingredients. 
5.  Add rice in a small bown and pour the ingredients over rice. 
6.  Ready to be served!!
