Physiology:
The cellular structure of Biohazard’s body is a biologically radioactive
element. The effects of this element give him the following power stunts, which
he may use with Amazing (50) rank:
-Generation:
Generation of a beam or field of any type of radiation that has a power rank
intensity.
-Senses:
Heightened vision, (Infra-vision, X-ray vision, etc.), at -2cs rank.
-Force
Fields: Force fields of -1cs power rank intensity. This force
field takes on one of two forms, a 1-area sphere or a 1/2-area bubble. Contact
with the field does Excellent (20) damage.
-Exposure:
Any person in the same area as Biohazard, with Good (10) rank Endurance
or less, is rendered unconscious after 1-round of exposure, until they are
removed from the area or Biohazard leaves.
Bio-Vampirism: Biohazard feeds off of the
bio-energy of living beings, and must feed at least once per week to survive.
He is able to do this by making a successful grappling attack using his hands
or the set of Carbonadium Coils that are stored in his forearms. The coils have
a material strength of Amazing (50), and can be used to inflict blunt
damage. Biohazard can telepathically control each of the four coils. Biohazard
is able to drain 1-rank of Endurance per round that he is grappling a target,
and is able to drain four targets at the same time. This gives him 50-points of
health and 1-rank of Endurance, which he uses to feed and heal himself. A
target reduced to Shift 0 health dies from exposure to his radioactive
nature.
Evolution: If Biohazard drains enough
bio-energy, without using it, this stored energy (1000 points) will force him
to transform into a humanoid cloud of intelligent radioactive mist. At this
stage he uses all of his radioactive powers at +3cs rank, but loses
almost all of his physical abilities. Also his Bio-Vampirism ability functions
on all within 1-area. Anyone close enough to breath in the mist, with less than
Incredible (40) rank Endurance would instantly be killed, and all
targets must make an Endurance FEAT roll, or be killed. A successful FEAT roll
causes them 40-points of damage and they become disoriented for 1-10 days.

Playing Notes:
Biohazard
is a typical flunky, not too intelligent, but smart enough to not question the
higher ups. He is the student of Bioblast, and is more than comfortable doing
his dirty work, when it is needed. While not as cold as his mentor, Biohazard
seems to be an emotionless machine of a being, on rare occasions though he has
been filled with passion and emotion. He is quick to dismiss it, usually behind
his favorite lines; flimsy macho expressions.
