Known Powers:
Mastery of Psionics: Talon in his years has developed a mastery of Psionics, the ability of the mind to affect the matteraround it with psychic energy. All powers work at Unearthly (100) intensity, with which he can use the following powers:
-All Around Vision: This ability allows Talon to be able to see through his normal vision from behind, in front, to the sides, as well as above him. Opponents trying to surprise him suffer a -2cs penalty to their surprise roll.
-Psionic Beams: Talon is able to unleash power rank beams
of psionic energy from his mind at a target or –2cs to all targets in an
area.
-Psi-Screen: Talon is protected from mental attacks by a Class
1000 rank psi-screen that protects his mind.
-Danger Sense: This power allows Talon to react more quickly to imminent danger. This gives him a -1 bonus to his initiative rolls.
-Sonic Generation: This allows Talon to create a sonic attack against a target of power rank intensity.
-Inertial Barrier: This allows Talon to set up a barrier of energy that will resist non magical weapons, magical energies, fire, acid, energy generated attacks, falling and ray attacks at power rank ability, but may only do so against one of the previously listed attacks at a time.
-Complete Healing: This power allows Talon to instantly heal his body to full health, ridding it of disease, regenerating lost limbs, and regaining lost Endurance ranks. This power is so stressful on the body that all other psionic abilities are reduced by -4cs for 10-rounds.
-Energy Containment: This power allows Talon to absorb one, power rank intensity energy attack, suffering no damage in the attack, and transferring that energy into light of -2cs intensity.
-Psychic Drain: This allows a direct attack on the victim's psyche, doing power rank damage to their psyche. If their Psyche drops below Shift 0, then the remainder of the drain is done to Reason and Intuition, in that order. This attack does no physical damage
-Flesh Armour: This power completely turns Talon’ skin into super strong, power rank material strength body armour.
-Psionic Blast: This is an attack that unleashes a power rank mental force attack on the mind of the victim.
-Superior Invisibility: This power is very much different from normal invisibility; it actually tells the victims mind that there is no one there. To the victim, the user of this power makes no sound, smell, or other indication of his presence. The victim is allowed a Psyche check if struck by the beneficiary, to determine if they can break the psionic link.
-Tower of Iron Will: This is an additional defence against psychic attacks. It allows the user to gain a second resistance check against unwanted psionic intrusion.
-Split Personality: This power splits the mind into two unique separate entities. Each side of the brain can use any psionic attack, or can do a physical attack. With the complexity of the brain, this power can only be used once per turn.
-Telekinesis: Talon has the ability to move objects using the power of his mind with Unearthly (100) ability.
-Telepathy: Talon can communicate with the minds
of other beings, and has Unearthly (100) ability.
Metallic Wings: Talon has a set of Amazing (75)
strength Osmium steel wings that protrude from his shoulder blades. Theses
wings allow him to fly at Monstrous (75) speeds, and also provide him
with +1cs protection, when he uses them to shield against an attack (see
Rules for Blocking). The wings are also able to fire their feathers, doing –1cs
damage, up to 4-areas, or strafing an entire area at –1cs to hit.
Quantum Surge Bio-Driver: Talon has been outfitted with the second generation of the Shogun Industries (SI) Bio-Driver. When using this power, Talon transforms into an alter ego of himself, named Dark Hawk. Dark Hawk is the second set of abilities and has the following:
-Armour Skin: Dark Hawk’s skin is proliferated with molecules of Incredible (40) strength material, granting protection from physical attacks and absorbs up to Shift Z (500) amounts of energy.
-Claws: Dark Hawk ‘s fingers feature a set of retractable, 18” claws that he is able to do Remarkable (30) rank edged damage with.
-Flight: Dark Hawk’s wings increase to Monstrous (75) material
strength, and his flight increases to Shift X (150) speed.
-Surge Pulse: The Surge Pulse is pure energy focused into a wide-angle force beam that affects all living matter, by striking with Shift Y (200) intensity. This beam extends for 20-areas by 1-area, ignores all body armour of less that Unearthly (100) rank and force fields function at –3cs. Affected individuals get to make an Endurance FEAT roll, anything less than a red FEAT means the victim is stunned, for 24 hours, and lose 3 ranks of endurance. Talon is however affected by this attack and is –2cs on all Agility and Endurance feats, and has no energy powers for the next 10-turns.
-Surge Driver Glitch: A glitch in the power source of the driver is that the driver creates 3 alter egos, the original being, the second representing the greater good in the person, and a third. The third is an aspect of the danger and evil that the original could be, having far more power that the first two combined. The third being is also believed to be the maximum human potential for that individual. Eviscerator, as he is called, is the third set of abilities. Eviscerator is a 50’ tall heavily armoured Dark Hawk Were-Bear, able to use all of the Talon and Dark Hawk’s powers and talents. All of his powers function at Shift Z (500) rank and Eviscerator has a few other abilities. All light in the area drops by -2cs, and the air crackles with a neural energy that all can feel, and must make a Good (10) Psyche FEAT, or become overwhelmed and flip out, (those trying to concentrate find it nearly impossible and are at –1cs on feat rolls).
Enhanced Senses* All three of the composite beings are able to sense and read the Fighting, Strength, Endurance and Psyche of other living beings within 10-areas. Talon also can read or feel the energy in an area with Unearthly (100) ability.
Equipment:
Sword of Darklight: Talon and Dark Hawk carry a crescent moon shaped sword (similar in design to the Klingon Bat’telh) made of Class 1000 material strength that was at one time carried by the psionicist Darklight. In their hands, Talon and Darklight are able to do Incredible/Amazing (40/50) edged damage. The sword has the following powers and stunts:
-Psychic Drain: A simple nick from the blade is enough to allow the vampiric draining that the Blade of Darklight is famous for. On a successful hit the sword begins to drain a rank of the victims Psyche, if they roll a successful Yellow Psyche feat then 1-point of Psyche is temporarily drained away. If a Psyche feat is failed then 1-point of Psyche is temporarily drained away and1-rank is drawn off permanently. A victim drained to Shift 0 is psychically drained away’ turned into a vegetable.
-Psionic Beam Sword:
-Possession: Due to his great psionic powers, Talon was able to communicate directly with the sentient beings that made up the swords power. The sword has the following abilities:

Replicating Throwing Blades: Talon wears a series of bracelets on both wrists that allow him to throw up to 4-energized blades per round. Each blade is actually a solidified bolt of Amazing (50) intensity energy that first, strikes for Good (10) energy damage, then for Incredible (40) explosive force damage (all in the same hit/round). The supply of energy for the bracelets is a series of quantum batteries on each bracelet.
Black Leather Duster: Talon wears a leather duster that, along with a series of Trauma Plates, provides him with amazing (50) protection from physical and energy attacks. The Duster also features a chest harness and several hard-points for attachment of weapons or technology.
-Hard-point 1: Right Shoulder, Outside: The right outside hard-point of Squall’s duster is equipped with Mini-Missile Pods: The Wing Zero is equipped with four, replicating Miniature Missile pods that fire a spread of 20 concussion (force) or fragmentation (edged) Unearthly (100) rank missiles. The area-of-effect is 2-areas and have a range of 4-areas.

-Twin, Dual Barrelled Buster Rifles: The network is equipped with a rifle that fires 24, armour-piercing rounds from a manually loaded drum-clip, that do Remarkable (30) damage, and pierce up to Amazing (50) rank materials. The Buster Rifles are equipped with a telescopic, multi-spectrum scope giving the rifles a line-of-sight range.
-Twin, Dual Barrelled Machine Pistols: The network is equipped with a pair of machine pistols that do Amazing (50) shooting damage and can pierce up to Unearthly (100) strength material. The machine pistols feature a rapid fire function that fires bursts of 10-rounds, but at a chance to hit of –1cs, or can be fired as an automatic weapon with a chance to hit of –2cs. The machine pistols also feature a belt-fed grenade launcher
