Rivermeadow Brook Community Association

The ZBA filed its decision with the town clerk's office on 3/18/2003, but not without some last-minute twists as has been the case throughout the whole process. Early in the morning, a Princeton-granted two-day extension was filed with the town clerk's office. However, we can only surmize that since no public hearing has been held, the ZBA decision to accept the extension was not upheld. Instead, the decision that receieved a unanimous vote on 3/6/2003 was finally signed by the remaining two ZBA members and filed by the end of the day.

The essential elements of the decision are:
  • Floodplain elevation is 108 feet (Building 1 is gone)
  • Natural Heritage must be consulted with regards to Rare Species
  • Monitoring wells must be installed to protect the town wells
  • The much-protected "Addendum A" must be produced
