Tour Price Includes:
- Domestic air tickets, Express boat fares and land transfer according to the itinerary.
- Hotel accommodation based on twin share basis at first class hotel.
- Meals as stated in the itinerary.
- Sightseeing with English or mandarin speaking guides.
Tour Price Excludes:
- Mineral water, soft drinks, laundry or others on purely personal nature.
- Air ticket to and from Sibu that not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Optional tour, visa fees where required and insurance.
- Single room supplement (Single room can be arranged on request).
- Gratuities to our tour guides, telephone calls etc. that was not mentioned above.
Tour Reservation:
- A deposit of USD50.00 is required at the time of booking which is non-refundable. The balance at the tour price have to be pay 2 weeks prior to departure.
Cancellation:
- Cancellation of the tour must be made not less than 7 days from the date of departure or a cancellation fees of 25% of the
tour price will be charged. If cancellation was made 3 days before departure, 100% of the tout price will be charged.
Refund:
- There will be no refunds for cancellation after the
tour had commenced or for any accommodation, transfer, tour meals or any other
services provided not utilized.
Liabilities:
- The company acts only in the capacity of Agent for
the client in the making of the arrangement for transportation, sightseeing or
Hotel accommodation. The company shall be exempt from liabilities for loses,
injuries or damage to the properties or accidents, delays, irregularities or the
occurrence beyond our control. The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason. The company also reserves the right to alter the itineraries, travel and hotel arrangements etc. if necessaries. No refund will be make to participant who break the journey regardless of whatever
portions remain unused in the itinerary.
Complimentary:
- For more than 16 paying passengers at one time, agent or tour leader will get a complimentary on ground arrangement only.
Child Policy:
- Child under 12 years of age will be charged 75% of
the adult price.
Requirement For Cave Explorers and Jungle Trekkers:
- Good walking shoes with grip and ankle supports.
- Long comfortable pants and long or knee socks. Several pairs of these are essential in order to have dry change.
- At least two shirts with long sleeves.
- A pair of industrial gloves, for good grip and protection against rough and sharp surface.
- A good, bright torchlight and pocket knife.
- A hat, sun protection products and small first aid kit.
- Water proof carrying bag and strong flash light for photographers.
- Insect repellent and anti malaria tablets.
Park Regulation:
- No littering.
- Do not write anything on the wall of the cave or take anything out from the park area.
- Do not shout in the cave.
Note: # All foreign tourists who wish to visit Belaga and Balleh area have to get a special permit from the Resident Office in Kapit. The Company have no obligation to get the permit, but it is advisable to all the tourist to apply the permit in advance through us before entering the above mentioned area.
