I amputate bad habits and vomit constricting thoughts
I elevate sadness dissecting it w/ gladness on my menTalCROSS
I revitalize traditions for the sake of planting principles
I'm renovating 3Rs reading ranting and ressurecting minds and hearing
instead of ending our understanding blinding flesh through heightened
decibals...

I'm gonna contradict my man marvin and say being "sexual"
doesn't lead t'healing but to a continuous cycle of children raisin children...
Redemption songs of freedom are sung by those who long for consciousness...we
poets...those who spit on smoked cafes over thick black mics pray for
an era of blessedness...when listeners undress souls to try new beliefs,
when ladies find themselves strippin apart our phrases instead of our
briefs; we're longin for a day when you poet-wanna-bees think about yr
purpose
cuz we are far overstaffed by circuit-clowns profilin
lyrics like clowns makeup at a circus...

the trip toward empowerment begins with emotional
healing
ends with good feeling thoughts of bringin hope leading to
new beginnings...
Joy and peace of mind are results of an equation that
begin with
self-love and ends with forgiving... no heartache no resentment no hangups...
just life....that's true living.

We've got to free our minds from our psychological
prisons
gots to free our souls from our overzealous spiritual convictions
gots to free our bodies from our overbearing physical temptations
yes, if we wanna be free
we've gotta stop constantly focusing on immediate gratifications
deadend erections temporary stimulations w/o considering the ramifications
