Who is David Lee Roth?

All you faithful Scam Joke Page readers may be asking yourselves that very same
question.  David Lee Roth, at least here within the Scam Joke Page, is a fictional
person.  There are actually two real people pretending to be "David Lee Roth".

One person, we will call "Jeff".  The other, we will call "Jason". "Jeff" and "Jason" are
two co-workers.  Neither of us are Presidents of companies.

You may notice while reading through the scams that sometimes "Jeff" or "Jason"
are mentioned. Of course, these references are always derogatory. Seems like we
are always trying to make fun of each other...
