Letter to Author
Dear Mr. Bob Woodward,
Hello, I am Michael Bellino, a twelfth grader from Schreiber High School in Port Washington NY. I have recently finished reading your New York best seller Wired.
I liked the book a lot, but I am not used to reading such long books and this one got me to like long books a little more. Overall, the book was great and I learned a lot about John Belushi and how his drug problem took over his life. The style of the book was catchy and the way that you mixed the dialogue in with the context really brought out the true meaning in John Belushi’s life. How did you find out all the information on John Belushi? Some of the things in the book seem like you needed to be there with him, or know him very well to explain some significant moments he goes through.
I would like to thank you in advance for taking the time to read my letter and see what a reader of your book thought about it. I hope to be getting your response in the mail. Thank you for your time and I hope to receive a response as soon as possible.
Sincerely,
Michael Bellino
