Thank you for showing me the light
of helping me to become the person that I want to.
I know you think so low of yourself
but you shouldn't, it should be the opposite.
If ever there was any doubt in my mind
of angels and miracles and all things good,
well I need not look far past you.

Just being there right by my side with a shoulder to cry on,
you've helped me get through this tough time.
When times, and there have been many,
that I have been blue,
you have managed to put a smile on my face,
to make me laugh.

To see good, not always the bad.
to remind me never to forget.
You've been so good to me
I wish that I could feel like I could repay you back
as much as you've helped me.
But I don't think that I could, you've been so amazing.
If only the world had more people like you in it.
