| Our Offer ~ We may not offer solutions or cures. We may not give you the answers to the many questions, you may have in your head. We probably won't make everything better. We are not going to make "empty" promises. We will listen to you. We will respect you. We will not judge you. We will offer you what support we can. We will relate as we too have injured, we have been depressed, we have been raped, abused, felt suicidal, rejected and alone. We offer understanding, acceptance, care and support to anyone who needs it. We have created this site and forum, as we needed someone to be there for us, we needed that little bit of hope. |

| Who Self Injures? We are doctors, nurses, teachers, lawyers, musicians, actors, writers, cleaners, students, administrators, shop assistants, poets, unemployed, teenagers, old, young, friends, daughters, sons, gay, straight, black, asian, white, atheists, christian, muslim, popular, alone,......the list goes on.. No one is immune to feelings, to emotion, to pain - we are all human and are touched by life - part of life is pain. Please respect and accept. |
