MY ROOM

my room - black and blue - that was it! that was it! i was about to split asunder
the agony was terrific - if i could grasp me - if i could clasp me - if i could make me
mine for ever and die - i bear in my bosom the seed of death
my room carries the smell - illusion of glittering eyes in the darkness
i have the garland around my neck - spiders, spiders, spiders, dust -
spirits are yearning - spirits of myself - that was it! that was it!
my room - i have death - like silk.

THE TRAP

fetched - from the bottom of the sea - death is a banquet
all candles were lit up - the church immaculate
- intercepted - spirits in the dark - wings!
the devil is here - he is kneeling at our altar
the fragments - the forgiving mother - wings! wings! angels
Virgil blew out the candle.
