WOMEN'S RIGHTS

The universal sisterhood is under attack like it was in 1970's and 1980's as well as 1990's. It has been a long time without any changes in male's look to women movements. It has been hard for us in Germany as in other countries even with progress made by our predecessors. It is not the issue of the day anymore in its lack of attention and support.

As for myself I think and believe that we have to try harder than before, and we cannot let ourselves forgetting the cause as if it is dead by the turn of century. You must look around you to see that we have not made progress as far as we would like to get. The movement itself may wane but as a woman I have my life to struggle for, as well as every woman. Do you think then we can rest?

Women's rights are everybody's concern and interest, but yet they do not see it like that. Education and even more the closest environment plays a big part in giving opportunities to raise children with balanced view to gender issues.
