Hi group--

I'm new and just wanted to say hello. My name is Ellen. I've been diagnosed as bipolar for over 10 years, but now seem mired in a depression that I can't seem to shake. I'm in therapy again, but not on any medications--I have been in the past, and they didn't seem to help. Anyway, I look forward to sharing with the group.
