The idea isn't a bad one, she knows. It's actually a rather clever solution, and certainly better than the alternative. The problem is the application of the idea and the fact that they will have to fight one another eventually, Yusuke, Hiei, and Kurama.

Yusuke lives for the fight, loves to win.

Hiei is ruthless and cold, with his own strange code of honor.

Kurama is also ruthless and cold, but very complex. She cannot predict how he will fight against his two best friends.
