Through my experience in Japan and classroom assignments in entry level Painting 1, I have created the following works. I was fortunate enough to learn Japanese Brush Painting while studying abroad through Central Connecticut's State University's Study Abroad Program. Using oils for Painting 1 was optional, and while it did take a lot of extra time, I feel confident in the medium.
