Candy! Telescopes! Spooky Noises! The Mad Scientist himself will be setting up the scopes at the Schwartz Observatory's usual 7th place location to distribute candy AND stunning views of the cosmos to trick-or-treaters (and their parents, too)! Come one, come all!
