To save images, right click on the image and "save to" your own harddrive. The frame must be saved in 3 parts, the top half, the middle, and the bottom. If you choose to download the zip file which I have included, you will get everything you need to create this page, including an HTML setup!
In the HTML setup, just add your own text and customize it as you see fit!
