92 Kenney Road

Leeds, ME

This is the front view of the house.  It sits back from the road about 80 feet (??) with 258 feet of road frontage and 2.8 acres that go 440' back behind the house.  The driveway is large and paved.  The house faces the southwest.  Real brick on the right side of the house -- not brick siding.  Wood siding the rest of the house.  10x10 or so deck on the right side of the house that you can't see in the picture.  The main entrance to the house is the front door.

Attached is a picture of the livingroom of the house.  It is fairly small and a walk-through to the rest of the house so I'll have to be creative on furniture placement.

Here is a picture of the kitchen.  The cabinets are oak.  The refrigerator and stove stay.  Nice shiny linoleum floor.  Dining area to the right side of the picture with a double glass door (like a sliding door but one side opens like a regular door) that goes out to the side deck, which faces the south.  No dishwasher but that would have to something I add :-)

This hallways goes from the kitchen/livingroom (which is all open concept) to the rest of the house.  The stairs going to the basement is the first door on the left.  The bathroom is the first door on the right (sorry, no picture of it).  The second door on the right is the smallest of all the bedrooms -- about a 9x10.  The master bedroom is at the end on the right and the other bedroom is at the end on the left.  You can see the shine from the linoleum on the hall floor.  Also, the outlet on the right wall is where to plug into the central vacuum.

Master bedroom.

Second bedroom.

There is an additional bedroom on this main level that is the smallest of all (about 9x10).

Here is the unfinished part of the basement where the furnace is.  About 1/3 of the basement is unfinished where all those types of items are (including the laundry hook-up).  The oil tank is inside so I won't have to burn K-1.  Because of the placement of the furnace, water heater, water tank, laundry, central vac, etc., finishing the part off for additional space would be difficult.  It's all open in this section but the floor is painted with special cement paint (very smooth finish).

Here is a picture of the stairs with the hot water heater and water holding tank under them.  As you can see, the stairs are just simple wood with no finishing so that's something I would fix.  There is a workbench in the background of the picture but I don't know if that's staying or not.  In the far background are the two finished bedrooms.  The laundry area is off to the right of the picture along with the central vac unit.

This is the larger basement bedroom -- that Kirstin has already claimed ownership of (to share with Kaylin).  The picture does not do it justice because off to the left, a full size bed is currently set up there so the room is good sized.  The other room is a bit smaller and on to the left of the picture and there is a large shared closet in between both rooms.

Fifth bedroom (second one in the basement).
