SAILOR VULCAN'S TRANSFORMATION SEQUENCE:
"Vulcan Star Power!"
Thrusting her right hand into the air, Talia's fingernails turn purple in color, then her transformation wand appears in her hand. A golden triangle of light shoots down from the wand, enveloping her body, Talia, arms outstretched then spins in place within the triangle like a ballerina, and her clothing is altered into her Scout uniform while her tiara and triangle shaped earrings appear. The sequence ends with the light triangle receeding into her brooch, completing her transformation into Sailor Vulcan.

SAILOR VULCAN'S POWERS:
"Vulcan Shockwave....STRIKE!"
Vulcan crosses her arms over her chest and a transparent sphere of bright golden light appears, enveloping her torso. She then thrusts her arms forward and the energy sphere is released, quickly gaining in size and power (accompanied by an ear piercing din) until it impacts with her target with fifty times the destructive force of a sonic boom, thoroughly pulverizing anything it comes in contact with.
"Vulcan Mindstorm....ENGAGE!"
Vulcan places her index and middle fingers on the gem of her tiara and a violet sphere of light appears from the gem, enveloping her head. At her command, a violet beam of light lances out from the gem and strikes her intended target, causing incredibly painful and incapacitating brain seizures.
"Vulcan Deathscythe....DESTROY!"
Sailor Vulcan's ultimate power. Holding her arms high and concentrating, a seven foot long silver staff with a rectangular, purple gem imbedded in the top appears in her hands from another dimensional plane. Once it appears, a golden, energy construct, shaped like a large scythe blade flares to life on the end with the jewel. Striking a target with the energy blade causes it to instantly disintegrate by disrupting the atomic bonds that hold matter together. By swinging the scythe in a wide arc, Vulcan can release monstrously powerful energy waves that destroy anything at a distance. At it's most destructive, Vulcan can flatten an entire city block with the full force of the scythe.
As a Sailor Scout, Vulcan's normal physical strength (equal to that of a full grown man in human form) is increased to superhuman levels, enabling her to lift a maximum of two tons, equal to that of Sailor Jupiter. Vulcan's hearing and eyesight are amplified while her innate telepathic powers (tactile mindreading, empathic abilities, mental manipulation) are also greatly increased.
INSIGHT INTO SAILOR VULCAN:
Talia Kirk is a living, breathing contradiction. Despite being a Vulcan, a race that prefers the iron hard inflexibility of logic over the disruptiveness of emotion, Talia is blessed with a vast wealth of feelings, making her more human than even she realizes. Although Talia appears to be cold, grim and expressionless, a visage made all the more chilling and unearthly by her pointed ears, she can smile, laugh, love, cry and express a wide range fo feelings just like a human being can. However, Talia actively keeps those feelings under lock and key as she often has trouble coping with and understanding the overwhelming power of her emotions, especially their uglier side as she posseses a barely repressed bloodlust, an almost psychotic fury that can drive her to kill without pity or remorse whenever Serena or her other friends are threatened during the course of a Scout mission. Only Sailor Moon and her friends keeps Vulcan from becoming a ruthless killing machine. While Talia is perfectly content to be with her friends in the 21st century, nary a day passes when she doesn't privately grieve for her parents who died a millennia ago. Talia relies on the heritage of her Vulcan logic to maintain a strong and healthy psychological balance, but needs her emotions to appreciate and love her friends and the important part they play in her life. In a way, Talia is both Vulcan and human, combining the very best of both worlds.
