In this lesson we're gonna make a nice looking stationery in Scippy 2.0 with some fun snow in our graphic..
Go file:New
And then Insert-background and with the browsebutton look for a
background. With scrolling make it move to any direction you want.
Also insert a ticker and some sound if you like it.
Go insert-positioned object-positioned image and select a graphic
you decorated in psp.On the screen set the transparency number to 25. Now we're gonna insert a container,a positioned container to be precise. Think of this as a stationery within your stationery, you can insert pictures, text or a background in it. Check the size of your graphic in psp(image-image-information)You have to put the width and height of your graphic minus twice your border (10 pixels) in the container, for instance if your graphic is 110 width and 210 high, then you have to fill it in like this in your containerscreen(on the leftside): horizontal layout: check:set position and width center checked distance:0 specified size checked and 90 (you can always play around with the numbers and settings to see what happens =o) i do that too) vertical layout: position and height checked center checked, distance 0 specified size checked and 190. Now in this container we're gonna insert our snow, but this can also be another transparent gifgraphic like sparks or leaves, you can also pick graphics from your scrippyprogram, and make it scroll into whatever direction you like. By now you should have some funlooking stationery in your preview =o) Last thing we need is a textbox: insert one in your background that is most on top(click there) you must insert a positioned container,we only use the the options that are on the leftside. For the specified size i used both 300,but you can make it as large or small as you want.Experiment with it a bit yourself,i'm kinda new to this containerthing too and i know the best way to learn is to play around and learn from others=o) Now all you have to do is save the stationery and it's done. I hope you liked this tutorial Happy Creating! |
