Nice Bevelled Frame
 Open the graphic you're gonna use in PSP,(if it's a little large resize it and then sharpen it up a bit)We're gonna add a border of 10 pixels around our graphic(image-add borders).Select the border with your magic wand so you see the marching ants.Then we're gonna make a kaleidoscope effect(in psp 7 beta that is to be found under: effects-reflectioneffects-kaleidoscoop),fool around with the settings a little until it looks the way you want it to and then we're gonna use some eyecandy(with the border still selected): We're gonna use the swirleffect,use 90' twist from the dropdown menu (next to the little pencils) and push the checker(looks like a V) at the right top. Now we're gonna make a nice bevel(Those marching ants are still marching btw =o))Go image-3d effects-inner bevel(again this goes for psp 7 (beta 5)) I chose the groove preset from the dropdownmenu...and press ok. Then we're gonna add some dropshadow to give it some depth,i used these settings: horizontal and vertical both 2,opacity 75 and the blurr 11. Next hit selections-select none. Save it as a jpg and that's it!! Happy Creating!! |
