SCS Med-Info System

Extremely User-friendly system with pull-down menus and Graphical Users Interfaces for chemists having single or many shops requiring comprehensive Drug Inventory Control and Financial Control. SCS Med-Info is highly modular. Presently it consists of :

Financial Control : This sub-system contains modules for Chart of accounts, Vouchers, Journalling, General Ledger, Bank/Cash Book, Trial Balances, Receivable, Payable, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet .

Drugs Inventory Control : This sub-system consists of modules for registration of Manufacturers, Distributors, Drugs, Customers and Drug Inventory. It prepares reports for Stock Position, Breakage & Loss , Returns , drugs expiring within a given period and drugs below order level.

Order Handling : This sub-system has modules for Order Registration and printing and prints orders, reports for pending and delayed orders etc.

Sales Handling : This sub-system takes care of cash and credit sales through receipts and bills, refunds and prints reports for Daily, Monthly, Yearly Sales and Refunds.
