SCS Business Management System

Extremely User-friendly system with pull-down menus and Graphical Users Interfaces for Business organisations having single or many shops requiring comprehensive Inventory and Financial Control. SCS Business Management System is highly modular. Presently it consists of :

Financial Control : This sub-system contains modules for Chart of accounts, Vouchers, Journalling, General Ledger, Bank/Cash Book, Trial Balances, Receivable, Payable, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet .

Inventory Control : This sub-system consists of modules for registration of Manufacturers, Suppliers, Products, Customers and Inventory. It prepares reports for Stock Position, Breakage & Loss , Returns , Items whose warranty is expiring within a given period and Items below order level.

Order Handling : This sub-system has modules for Order Registration and printing and prints orders, reports for pending and delayed orders etc.

Sales Handling : This sub-system takes care of cash and credit sales through receipts and bills, refunds and prints reports for Daily, Monthly, Yearly Sales and Refunds.

Quotations Follow-up : This sub-system keeps track of the quotations and gives their present status.

Customer Service Handling : This sub-system takes care of Service handling by registering customer complaints , service assignments and service reports and prints personal's activity reports
