What is the S.D.C.C.G.B.?   We are the Square Dance Callers Club of Great Britain.   The S.D.C.C.G.B. was founded in 1954.  We are an affiliate of CALLERLAB, the International Association of Square Dance Callers.  We are club callers, traveling callers and dance leaders. We are active callers who share an interest in preserving and promoting the best of square dancing.  There are currently over 150 members in the S.D.C.C.G.B. representing a majority of Square and Round Dance callers/cuers and club leaders in Great Britain.

The S.D.C.C.G.B. maintains a library of information for callers and dance leaders to share in order to assist them to be able to instruct, promote and maintain the square dance activity in Great Britain.

The S.D.C.C.G.B. provides it's membership with the opportunity to purchase liability insurance and pre-negotiated PPL licenses at reasonable costs.

The S.D.C.C.G.B. publishes a news letter "News And Views" six times a year for it's members to share ideas and information.
