AT&T Business Voice Mail Systems Maintenance/Administration



  Maintenance/Administration is available for:       
            * Voysys V1.6
            * AT&T Merlin Mail (all versions)
            * Partner Mail (all versions)
            * Partner Mail VS (1.0 - 5.0)
            * Integrated Merlin Legend Mail (007)        
            * Audix                                                         
  

  Services: * Operating systems specifics on all are-> MultiUser and PC based platform        
            * Systems can be restored to Factory/Default setting as sent from manufacturer
            * System Administration passwords can be reset
            * Primary and Secondary System Administration Passwords can be retrieved 
               for specific systems without resetting entire system
            * On specific systems, any User Account password can be retrieved
            * User Mailbox passwords can be changed or reset
            * Various System Administration Voice Mail features programmed/changed
            * Very Minor System Repair can be done via hardware tests thou system repair is
               not offered at the time being
            * Y2K upgrade can be performed for those systems requiring it
            * Company/System Greetings changed
            * Some or all maintenance/administration can be performed from remote, taking
               into consideration whether system is equip for remote administration with 
               the appropriate hardware installed (if required).
                      

      Note:          
            * Some system and voice mail files can be damaged leaving system beyond 
               Maintenance/Administration.
            * Some systems can be impaired by damaged or defective hardware leaving system
               beyond Maintenance/Administration.
            * AUDIX: Administration availability depends upon configuration and knowledge
                     of System Administration password.
               -System Administration passwords cannot be retrieved for this system.
               -Remote access depends on system configuration and telephone system interface.
               -Various System Administration features can only be programmed or changed
                 if System Administration password is known.
