The programs listed here will be updated when I have the chance. There is only one qbasic file here as the rest were lot when my Hard Disk when currupt. A have entered an All-Ireland programming competition were you are given problems and you have to send the solutions to them to DCU. I won 3rd place in the competition, e.g. I won a Bronze Medal.
Morse code Emulator and Reader
This morse code emulator I made myself plays what you type in, e.g. type in 'Hello' and it will play the morse for Hello. The program includes adjustable Pitch, Dot length, Dash length, Pause between beeps length, Pause between letters length and space length. The program can read in morse code from a .wav but it has not been tested on morse code from recievers, C.B. radios, etc. If you can recieve morse code with little background noise and my program does not recieve it correctly, E-mail a 10 second sample of it to me, please make sure the .wav file is PCM 11,025Hz, 8 bit, mono before you send it, I have recorded a morse sample from my program and it will convert it back to text fine (at default speed, pitch, etc. and at double speed.)
