ACCOMMODATION RESERVATIONS

We have taken an option in three hotels: the Hotel Inter-Continental where the conference will take place, the Carlton Hotel, and the Oxford Hotel which are both about 10 minutes walk to the conference hotel.

All room rates at the Hotel Inter-Continental are valid specifically for conference participants staying at the hotel during the period of 2nd June 2000 to 8th July 2000. These are inclusive of pre and post conference dates.

It takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes by taxi from Changi International Airport depending on traffic conditions.

BOOKING OF HOTEL ACCOMODATION

Hotel reservation forms for the three hotels are attached to this preliminary conference programme. Upon selecting the hotel of your choice, simply fill up the form and fax it directly to the hotel of your choice. All correspondence, arrangements, and payments are solely between the participant and the hotel.

If using credit cards, participants are advised to provide your credit card details and flight details to the hotel so that a room will be guaranteed for you.

Where cash is to be used, the hotel would require prior payment during check-in for the number of nights the room has been booked for.

DEADLINE FOR HOTEL RESERVATION

All hotel reservation forms are to be submitted directly to the hotel of your choice by 30th APRIL 2000.
