We are glad to know that after overcoming a number of difficulties, the NFSA has finally completed the construction of its new building. Now that you are officially opening your technical wing and moving into new directions, the Philippine Information Agency joins your colleagues from other parts of the world in congratulating you in this momentous event marking another major step in the development of AV archiving in your institution. We look forward to continued partnership with you and we hope that your example would serve as an inspiration to us in sustaining the efforts to push forward our goals for AV archiving in our country.
