Iam a male adoptee's adopted sister.I'm searching on behalf of my adopted Brother. Rick was born in Dayton, OH. 04/16/60. His parents were married and stationed at a naval base(?) near Dayton. Father left Mother. Mother returned to Tampa, FL to her parents, possibly in MacDill area. There is a sister 6-8 years older. He was between 6 months and 1 year old when placed for adoption. (Birth Gra dparents were unable to care for infant while Birth Mother worked.) Adoption handled through Tampa Childrens Home.Sherri
