10/07/60 Believe birth mother's name to be Eileen McCormack (not sure of spelling). Have a letter from Coker and Carlon, Attorneys at Law, stating that I had attained a weight of 4 pounds, 12 ounces and would be released soon, but not before October 25. I also have a hand typed card that has the name Dr. James Weaver on it. Birth mother is believed to be Irish and birth father Italian. watt@waga.net
