Male child born at Mound Park Hospital in St.Petersburg Fl. Mother was 16 at time of birth, adoption handled by Office of Children and Families-HRS. Weighed 6#1oz. and birth mother was resident of Florence Crittendon Home for Unwed Mothers. I am a half-sister also placed for adoption by same woman 18 months later. The DOB is correct to the best of my knowledge. Birth name is baby boy Gardiner.UPDATE:The child was adopted in a "county other than the county of birt " and the adoption was final in "January of 1963, about 17mos later" according to the state of Florida
